Dear Friends, as you all know the work at site is going in full swing. Inspite of frequent rains, as on date 90% of the Foundation work is completed.

We are pleased to inform you that:
- We got BBMP plan sanction and relevant fees also paid. Hard copies will be received in next 5-7days. Anybody can view them at our office any time during office hours.
- We started the individual partition deed registrations from yesterday i.e. 31st Dec. We will complete all registration by tomorrow i.e. 2nd Jan ’15.
- With small puja, we started the work on 17th Dec 2015: with site debris clearance, soil test and water point marking done. We will commence the actual ground breaking from any good day between 16-18the Jan 2016.
- What ever the time loss in the approval process, we plan to recover in the execution. So, we are not seeing any major shift of the project end date.
